Joseph Wilson, the Small Business Program Coordinator for the Capital Area Workforce Development Board, possesses a strong dedication to community engagement and employs effective marketing strategies to benefit businesses. His diverse interests revolve around building partnerships, empowering others, and engaging in community outreach. Joseph’s prior experience includes serving as an administrator in Prince George’s County Public Schools in Maryland, where he successfully spearheaded projects aimed at improving the school community, maximizing resource utilization, and establishing valuable partnerships. With this comprehensive knowledge and experience, Joseph remains enthusiastic about making a positive impact through his work in the field of small business development and workforce empowerment.

Joseph holds a master’s degree in Human Services Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Morgan State University.
